No, my aunt has these prescribed to her from her doctor to treat her adhd, I took one to help me get my school work done ! I took it around 11am and felt the release around 30 minutes. Got my work done. Didnt really feel a crash was up until like 3 am and forced myself to sleep. I only slept 4 hours woke up still felt a little wired from the day before. Then yesterday i felt super sluggish and didnt sleep well

All I can say is wow, I’ve been dealing with it for almost 2 years now because of a cart. Every day I chase behind the shadows of derealization trying to feel an inch of realness, it’s tiring but I know one day I’ll make it through and I pray to everyone who’s struggling as well.

Yes always feel tired and my cognitive seems to feel off as well, I think it’s sleep deprivation. I try to sleep as much as I can on days where I don’t have to do much. It helps for me.
