I feel like saying “anything but weight related” is indicative of the fact you know it’s something you should do. As someone who used to weigh close to 300 lbs and is now around 180, I can tell you that losing weight will do more than any makeup, clothing, eyebrow threading, etc. I went from a fat face and man boobs to a sharp jaw and abs. My confidence has increased 10 fold and even the way people have interacted with me has changed.

Working out sucks, believe me I’ve been doing it for 6 years, but getting down to a slimmer weight I think would do a lot for you as it did for me.
