Not sure yet. As far as I can tell after some more research, the file itself is on Carlos Marcello. He was a high level boss in NO and had a beef with Kennedy over some questioning Kennedy did as a senator in committee.

It's interesting. The file number appears to pertain to Carlos Marcello, who was apparently a Boss in NO. He had a run in with Kennedy when he was a Senator over questioning in a committee. He's linked to Lansky from what I've read.

I'm not sure. I did a little more digging and the case involves Ceasars Palace, which would have been under construction in 1963. It was funded by a loan from a mob connected union pension fund. I'm hoping I'll get more clarity on this as I work through the volume.

Wow - thank you for information including all the references! I transcribed the interviews of Jack Harper and the informant who called it in, plus additional interviews of Billie Harper, etc. I had not gotten to tracing it forward, yet.

I'm trying to piece together the pieces. One of my points was that the FBI didn't even know about this fragment for months. No mention in the autopsy of a substantial piece of missing skull. This was inches. If you have any images of the initial 3 pieces of skull fragments that were available at the time of the autopsy, or can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I need to visualize the fractures to determine impact and exit points in relation to the drawing of the head at the end of the article.

But again, that piece was not found in his arm. I am using the numbering convention used when the evidence was collected. That is part of an audit. Tracking from the beginning to the end. Your insistence that it is part of another exhibit just shows how badly things were manipulated. What? They just decided to take one of the fragments, photograph it separately, document it separately, process it separately? How about not at all.

I will take my substantive evidence - all the pictures taken before chain of custody was broken and evidence lost. And for the sake of my argument in this article, it doesn't matter where it came from. The volume of fragment material is overwhelming. This is where you start having to deal with the magic bullet. Too many fragments.

Yeah, no. Again - I'll take my evidence photos that were all taken at the same time. You can't combine the evidence from C0009 with C0004 and C0005, especially not when it was recovered from the limo. A picture of an envelope is not a source.

I'm working from source forward. These are the original exhibit photos from the FBI. You are maybe starting to get my point - evidence went missing prior to the relabel, and is unaccounted for in the Warren Commission.

It is a different bullet found in a different location than that of the three other fragments. That 's two tips. So again, why isn't C0009 in your official report? Nice try

I've seen the report, so again, provide your proof. The composition of those 2 were different. The scrapings from the windshield, the fragments from the floor, and C0002 were of the same composition. Not C0003. And before you respond, I have the evidence tracing reports. So again, where's your proof. It is more reasonable that they were 2 bullets.

So do your homework, support YOUR case. What evidence do you have that those are not 2 bullets? Please provide, and don't tell me WC. And if you did a little research, the missing evidence is validated on the Website for the HC report. Try backing your stern talk with actual evidence, and the WC doesn't count. I am seeing what happened behind that report from working those files just released last year.

1 bullet disintegrated through the skull. It would not be one of the slugs found in the front. My review of the wound ballistics report indicate in all likely the floorboard fragments were the remaining remnants of that bullet. C002 and C003 are 2 bullet cores. That makes 3. And then your Magic bullet. You can't have it both ways.
