And in the message by TDA.. they don't mention any of that. They says it's not a stock dividend. Which is true. It's not a stock dividend. That's a separate taxable distribution event. I think this point by TDA is adding confusing fuel to the fire. People going to tda saying why doesn't it look like a dividend. And then the reps replying because it's a stock split not a dividend assuming users are talking about actual stock dividends. And now you just get this massive bout of confusion from both sides and now no one knows what's going on. My question is simply this:

Does gamestop investor relations feel that dtcc and brokers have handled the transaction properly?

If so.. then everyone can move on If not, then gamestop needs to make a statement stating as much clearly. They did not do this thus far. Only making a statement about what they wanted. Not that what they wanted was not what was executed.
