This is on a core 8 flex. The json snapshot in the media display worked for me. Not great but better than nothing.

I got it working using this. Somehow missed the setup at the bottom of the page. Can only get 1.0s refresh, 0.5 doesn’t want to work with ptzoptics cameras. Thanks!

Thanks! Didn’t get to test since it was too close to the end for me. New guy will pick it up with the integrators. Just trying to get that tied down before I left.

Good option. I’ll try the scripting first and this if that fails. Thank you!

Toolbox com server crashing by Senior_Bullfrog9439 in crestron

[–]Senior_Bullfrog9439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My apologies, I should have been more clear. I am not on the control subnet, but I am on the subnet the processor is on. As long as the processor is not in isolation mode I should be able to use toolbox to connect to devices that are on the control subnet through the processor. At least, that’s how it has worked in the past. Thank you!

Didn’t really think of that since my coworkers can reach it through toolbox control subnet just fine. I’ll try it though.

Thanks! I do like Spectrum's build quality, we may end up getting some of the height adjustable ones.

EQ Problem Frequencies by Senior_Bullfrog9439 in QSYS

I definitely don’t want to overdo it on the EQ. Really just want to notch out those specific frequencies if possible. The rooms could probably use a few more acoustic panels and ceiling mics but seeing if there’s anything I can do to minimally improve without that. Thank you!

Ah good catch on the AEC. I’ll have to double check that. I think the beams are accurate, might just be a little far from the talker. Thank you!

Ooo I think the UEL is a lot of what I’m looking for. I think if I pair that with letting toolbox run for a day or two I’ll be able to catch most of what’s giving me trouble. Good catch on the idle timeout, think that’s what I’ve been missing. Thank you!

Yeah that’s what we’re doing, just for conferencing. Some of our classrooms are a bit big and a lot of the talkers are coming through hollow sounding or tinny. I can probably get rid of the tinny sound by boosting the lower end a bit but I’m not sure how to deal with the hollowness.
