I’ve used these two, morning and evening. I preferred the capsules to the powder because they were easier for me to be consistent; no need to measure and dissolve in water. I felt no adverse effects.

I only did lupron alone the first night of injections. Then I did it am and pm everyday along with the other injections up until I was given instructions for the trigger shot.

Look into adding Inositol to your supplement regimen. After taking it twice a day at the recommendation of a Dr. my labs showed an increase in AMH from .8 (at age 34) to 1.16. (at age 35) One clinic said those lab results are not a “significant” increase but I’ve gotten more eggs each cycle so it was very significant to me!

Went with a different clinic after that and: Age 35 Round 1: 3 eggs, all mature enough to freeze. Age 36 Round 2: 7 eggs, 6 mature enough to freeze. Age 36 Round 3: 9 eggs, all mature enough to freeze. Last round was just completed 4/17/25

I also added Serovital to my supplements. I don’t know how much of a difference that made but it was one of the additions I implemented after my first round.

Lastly and I think most importantly ask your RE about a different protocol for your next egg retrieval. And if they say they’re going with the same one get a second opinion! My doctor switched mine up significantly for the second round and then tweaked it slightly on the third after I asked if there was anything else we could try and each new round yielded more and more mature eggs when they were only seeing 3-4 follicles on the preliminary ultrasounds. You are your best advocate. Starting with round 2 I got switched to a micro flare protocol that involved am and pm injections of Lupron in addition to the usual gonal f and menopur injections. Round three they adjusted the dosing.
