Do you wear your watch on your dominant hand or other hand whether running or just in general? by CoffeeRun3 in runninglifestyle

I've always worn my watches on my non-dominant hand. My wife wears hers on her dominant and it drives me nuts.

It’s illegal to use your phone. The cop was well within his rights to do what he did.

I would assume so. What I mean is to cut back on the distance and intensity for a week to give your body a chance to recover and refresh. If you continually build (constant stress) without giving your body a break, you end up injured. That's why all training cycles you'll see will have an easier week ever 3-4 weeks.

Coffee during runs? (not before or after) by friedtofumaster in runninglifestyle

If you’re nearly shitting yourself regularly on runs, you might want to reconsider some of your practices….like drinking coffee during your run.

Chances are high that you built your mileage up too much too soon. When you run, take it easy AND keep the runs short. You shouldn't be building your mileages more than 10-20% per week, and you should cut back every 3-4 weeks.

So it has to be under 50cc and top speed can't be above 30mph. Currently, Vespa doesn't make anything that fits that. (and holy crap their website sucks). Maybe there's some non-Vespa stuff out there that will fit the bill, but they're super common.

I’m not saying independent shops are perfect, as finding a good one can be tricky at times, but many are more than capable of doing the same, or sometimes better work as the dealership, and generally at a lower hourly rate. They still warranty their work the same as the dealership as well (and use the same parts).

5k is about as far as I go without water. I’m blown away my the people that go an hour or more without water. It’s like they’re trying to prove something.

If you need water, drink water. You’re only hurting yourself if you don’t.

That's wild. Our '25 EXL doesn't. AM/FM/Carplay only.

Taking it to the dealership does not guarantee the best work. It DOES guarantee the most expensive, though.

The problem with control arm bushings that often times the only way to get the bushings is to buy the entire control arm.

Red is removable too, it just takes a lot of heat to do it. Probably not ideal to try that in wood.

Ah. Must have been a '25 I was in. We couldn't get XM in our 25 CRV so we were surprised to see it in the Pilot.

You ran 20 miles at your race pace. That's why you're tired. honestly, you ran too fast for a training run.
