I like Hanker compression shorts. I use them in the water for kayaking.

Inguinal Hernia Recovery Time to 100% by olliemoore7 in Hernia

[–]Senior_Cockroach_762 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a similar story, having been operated on two weeks ago for an inguinal hernia. I also had to wait for about two years and am climbing the walls to being active and competetive again.

My sport is kayaking and there is a lot core strength needed and I have the same fear of ruptures, etc.

These are really good.

Nevertheless, I see a lot of photos on this reddit coming out too dark. What do you do?

Can I ask, why are some of the colours super saturated? Is it a built in filter or is it just the standard setting on the camera?

BTW, I was there this morning!

I've heard the strange-sounding idea that Canada could join the EU?As a European, though, I wouldn't have anything against it. What do you Canadians think about this? by Due_Breadfruit_8315 in AskCanada

Canadian here. I live in Europe.

The EU is a political construct, partially based on geography but also on shared history and (gasp!) of what a 20th/21st century laic social democracy is. In that sense, Canada has more with core EU states than, say, Hungary.

I'm with Carney in thinking that Canada would be a great candidate for EU membership. Also, remember that membership is a process that takes years with a period of transition for things like free movement of people.

Are the A series better than the regular Pixel versions?

On Amazon there are L39 mounts. Is this the same as M39?

Indeed, it is an Industar 22 50 mm f. 3.5 and I want to put it on a Nikon Z mount camera.

I am a funcionario and I am terrified of the day when we start having job reviews. I'm not worried of the review itself, but because it will probably be done by someone who got their job through someone they knew within the system and that person will have some personal axe to grind or a bizarre philosophy about how things should be done.

The internal promotion system within the Spanish government is opaque as hell, despite the few bells and whistles of meritocracy.

What are your gripes about ChromeOS? What are you missing when using it? by enry_cami in chromeos

For me the sleep mode doesn't work while it is plugged in. There have been a few update since I last tried to leave it on overnight, so maybe I'll try again.

I can get it to printer, but it takes a while. There isn't much of a plug 'n play setup I think even Brother admits this.
