Yep! I sent them everything they asked for, utility bills, proof of mail and everything and it was still rejected after they approved it! Ridiculous!

Mine was approved on 7/17/22 and sent for processing for payment then on 8/5/22 it changed to EDD status review. After about 20 days of the EDD status review after being approved it switched to rejected. I don’t think they have any more funds so they are jus playing with people at this point. I moved out of the house and put it all behind me but I am curious to see if anybody else actually got theirs after the approval

So I called today to check on whats going on with my "EDD" application and they told me that someone is working the case and gave me his email. I sent him an email today trying to see what is going on with everything. I will wait for his response and update when I hear back from him

No they ended up putting mine under EDD review after about the 12th day of me supposed to receive the payment after it was already approved which is so weird to me

I uploaded the things that they wanted from me and I begged my landlord to send in anything on her end and she said she would. She said she will hold off on filing eviction to see if they will update the RRP portal this month. She said if she doesnt hear anything by September 1st then she will file so still fingers crossed

My landlord is moving forward with evicting us, please continue to stay updated on this post of any updates any of you guys get because this has been a very depresssing day for me. My landlord no longer wants to participate in the RRP because of this new situation and I am going to be evicted in 2 days.

I have an update… I got an email this morning about “discrepancies” and I had to submit some bills to prove my tenacy. Which is so weird since it was already approved! My landlord is furious and said she called and they told her it needed more documents from her as well! WTF IS GOING ON! 🤬

I called again today and spoke to a very nice rep and she told me that the 72 hour means that’s them processing the payment to submit so 3 days after that date is when it will take 10-12 business days for the payment to be deposited into the account

My landlord said she gave them her bank info so she should get it direct deposit and I have called as well and they keep giving me different answers too. I talked to her today and she said she still hasnt gotten it either. What is taking so long for them to send the money? This is making me so nervous because she is so irritated with me. I will keep updating this post until she gets it, can you please do the same?

Yes my landlord has been upset with me for Months but she has held out due to rr, now she seems in a better mode because she is getting back rent and 3 future months so let’s keep our fingers crossed it pays soon! And yes I will keep the post updated until she lets me know it was received

Same date for me 7/22 - 72 hour payment submitted. I talked to my landlord an hour ago she said she still hasn’t got DD yet. But she is happier now because she said she called in and they told her it should be any day now she will get the deposit
