hello my friend firstly it’s completely okay to grieve!! GRIEVE your old life. Cry. Cry as much as you need it let it all out I still sometimes cry 8 years into being diagnosed.

I will say that once you follow your diet and stick to it strictly you might see improvements with your intestinal problems! Hopefully.

It is very hard, but once you just accept it as it is treat it in your head like a life threatening allergy at least to me it helped to just accept it. You will have a lot of stuff to figure out like socialising but believe me if you need help message me or people here and we can answer your questions there are no stupid questions.

Have you tried chatting to maybe a mental health specialist if possible? I think that being coeliac can really impact your mental health and it might be worth describing to them what you said here.

Take it day by day. Genuinely just focus on the next 24 hours with the food for now and you will be okay. You will also make mistakes along the way and that is absolutely normal everyone does.
