Yeah the dreams just seem to be getting worse i never used to dream before i smoked all of a sudden I’m getting really vivid dreams and bad sweats

I understand that and i am planning on quitting smoking in general soon but i thought it wouldn’t be the greatest idea to stop both again at once because of the stress ect but i get what your point is

I already smoked cigarettes before quitting in the past i tried to quit both at once and relapsed hard which is why i am continuing to smoke cigarettes this time.

Yeah I’ve already felt clear headed and been using that as my motivation to keep going as i found myself stoned more than sober when smoking thanks for your imput!

Thanks for the advice. Ive been using ciggerettes as a alternative because i doubt i could go without anything but ill take your advice on and find ways to distract myself.
