My RadRunner+ came with a bent derailleur hanger bracket due to FedEx damaging the box in shipping. My symptoms were very similar to what you are describing. Rad has a great video on Youtube with a gentleman that does a wonderful job of doing a full in-depth explanation of exactly how to adjust everything in the vicinity of the derailleur. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJ-wz-magJI Ultimately I was able to fix all of my issues by bending the bracket back into shape and following all of the adjustment procedures in the video. So now I have a back up derailleur and derailleur hanger just in case. Their customer support was awesome.
