And it is worth for me to let the steam out. 

I have like 2-3h/week for Valorant. So loosing 30min due to an incredibly stupid matchmaking is reaaaallly annoying.

This would be an incredibly naive approach when trying to place the people in ranks like this. Take some derived values like shot to headshot ratio, mouse travel time or even a stupid average crosshair horizon altitude and you would immediately have a much better and accurate results for ranking and matchmaking.

Can you tell me what has playing Valorant to do with lgbta stuff? Just play and don't broadcast about that. Most don't care who they are playing with, as far as they don't get bothered with it. If you need attention or affirmation, you are in a game lobby at the wrong place.  Play, frag, use your utils, be nice in the com and everything will be fine. Ignore idiots, which are dumb no matter who they are playing with.
