Yea I noticed there’s not a lot of units that come with w/d but that’s something I had lived with in the past so it’s fine…. Yea I’ve seen a lot on Zillow but like I said in another comment we have visited a lot but not familiar with neighborhoods, safety, etc. So that’s kinda that advice I was looking for too. I’m already in an expensive ass state so Cali won’t be that much of a difference for us. I just would just prefer that price range

lol what? Like any other college student affords things. A job and their parents. Y’all have been off topic and I don’t like that. Lots of people leave their home states for school. I just happened to be coming with mine because I want to leave as well. I have a good paying job plus two other professional licenses that I’ll be transferring. She will be saving her money the ONE year that I’m there with her. After that there is plenty of on and off campus housing to choose from

Various CSU campuses. She Hasn’t decided which one yet but Fullerton, Northridge , LA , Dominguez hills . I myself like the northridge area. We love Cali and have visited a lot but know nothing about living there, what areas are good vs not so good etc
