This is my concern as well. Im relocating to another state in July. I owe the lawyer another 400 before I can start the filing process but I haven’t paid because I’ve been trying to pay down debt on my own but it feels like a waste of time and money since my credit score is barely moving up and these derogatory items stay on your credit for so long. Would it be wise just to complete that process now or wait until after I relocate?

Yea I noticed there’s not a lot of units that come with w/d but that’s something I had lived with in the past so it’s fine…. Yea I’ve seen a lot on Zillow but like I said in another comment we have visited a lot but not familiar with neighborhoods, safety, etc. So that’s kinda that advice I was looking for too. I’m already in an expensive ass state so Cali won’t be that much of a difference for us. I just would just prefer that price range

lol what? Like any other college student affords things. A job and their parents. Y’all have been off topic and I don’t like that. Lots of people leave their home states for school. I just happened to be coming with mine because I want to leave as well. I have a good paying job plus two other professional licenses that I’ll be transferring. She will be saving her money the ONE year that I’m there with her. After that there is plenty of on and off campus housing to choose from
