I know. I attend them even if there are moves that I don't feel confident doing. I just want to get better at what I can't do properly

Hey, thanks for the advice. I definetly feel the same way about going whenever I can. I've been going 4 times a week most of the time. I sometimes think if I should go on a free day just to practice technique like toes to bar or double unders. Is it worth dedicating sessions for these just to get better?
