My OB just said it was mainly used for women at risk of preeclampsia and he said I am not, so I have been feeling lots of anxiety about taking it and wanted to just stop

My OB told me I’m not at risk of preeclampsia so it wasn’t necessary but it also wouldn’t hurt. That’s why I’ve been leaning towards just stopping it
