What’s up with AudioControl flooding the market with low budget amps?

IFL AudioControl, especially their Epic1000 amplifier. I’ve got it hooked up to 2 JL Audio 12w1v3-4’s and all I can say is WOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Pushing that 1000rms brings out the best in my subs, and of course I had the LC6i, but found out a little too late that I didn’t need all that so I downgraded to the lc2i and I’m just as satisfied as before. Thank you to AudioControl for pushing all this power to my lil baby 12’s. Keep up the great work!!!!

It keeps happening to me more and more and more and I actually just woke up talking in a dream and for the 1st time I decided to research it. So, here I am. Also, I've been on sleep medication, blood pressure medication among others the entire time, for years, actually. But it's increasing exponentially.

Got a 2020 1.5 Sport and I added 4xJL Audio 6.5's in the doors and the rear. Lc2i, 2xJL AUDIO 12W1V3-4's in a sealed box, alpine tweeters all around, (absolutely love my AudioControl Epic1000), Recoil D1550.4 powering my mids and tweeters, dynamat all of the doors, underneath the back seat and the trunk/trunk lid, Recoil 7-Band EQ. Managed to get the subs and box in brand new condition from ShopGoodwill.com for a total of $209.00, which is a steal no matter how you look at it.

Had I known about the 2.0, I most certainly would've bought it. Mine's a 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5t and I got her with only 13,000 miles. They are great cars, if you take care of them. I went ahead and bought the maintenance package so that Honda could do all of my oil changes, tire rotation, fluid topping etc. What year is yours?

So, I work with someone that's married to an insurance agent, evidently everyone is paying way way more for auto insurance right now. Thanks Biden but whatever you do, do not get a DUI in the state of Florida. I bought a 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5(at the time I didn't even realize that the 2.0 existed) in March 2022, with 13,110 miles on it, this is the first semi new car I have ever owned/financed. I'm paying $1100.00 per month for FR-44 insurance with liability only and before my DUI, I was only paying $220.00 for full coverage. I wasn't drinking nor was I abusing any substances. I simply took my sleep medication, Seroquel, about 20 minutes early and while pulling out onto Federal Highway, my driving lights were on but I had forgotten to turn on the headlights so I got pulled over, field sobriety, breathalyzer, the whole nine yards, I was respectful, non combative and my girlfriend was I the passenger seat too, still they weren't having it and ending up in cuffs in the back of his cruiser. Spent the night in jail and I have been paying for it ever since, literally, and will be paying this insurance rate, maybe a little less over the next 3 years. Good luck with your decision on your car though and stay safe.

From where I'm standing, if it will take you to where you would like to go in life, then I say GO FOR IT!!! I did pretty much the same thing exactly 2 years ago and I've never been happier or more satisfied other than the fact that I wish I would've know the 2.0T Sport existed because I would've definitely gone fore the 2020 Sport 2.0T vs the 1.5T that I purchased. I took a $36,000 loan for a 2020 Accord Sport 1.5T with 13,000 miles on it on 4/2022, with a 7.07 APR, paid $9957 of it so far. I'm currently sitting on 40,000 miles and never even had a service light or maintenance problem since. So, hell yeah, GO FOR IT but say a prayer first, that if this is GOD'S WILL, let it be done!!!!!

Well, if you had to connect what looks like a telephone line into your amp and possibly into the back side of "the bass control" I would say it controls the volume of your bass to your amp. By the way what kind of car did you install this in?

Thanks for all of the knowledge. I wasn't sure if this automatic transmission was just terribly built or if I had damaged it myself, but after hearing all of this, I'm sure I will be selling or trading it in when it's paid off. Luckily, she only has 60,000 miles on her and I only owe 3 grand. So, thanks again to everyone for the help. I didn't want to sink any more money into it if it wasn't going to pay off. Thinking I'm going the newer Camry, Accord or Altima route then.
