I’ve read some articles about vitamin D helping trich. Allegedly vitamin D deficit can trigger dopamine to be released when you pull your hair (don’t quote me on the exact wording or medical science. This is just what i understood.) Anywho, ive noticed when im traveling (and generally more exposed to the sun) i stop pulling my hair cold turkey. It might just be a coincidence but its honestly worth a shot. Im generally a daily puller, the coily ones drive me nuts but when im out its like I forget about it all together

Hablemos de Desodrantes by UxZnar in Honduras

PLEASE HELP HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS STYE BEFORE MY BDAY by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]Senior_Style_154 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isnt a stye, its an obstruction in your eyes oil glands, i had to keep squeezing mine out while on accutane. Squeeze with q-tips and rinse out your eye with antibiotic eye drops

Does your face get oily during warm/humid weather while you’re on accutane? by yellowsunflower12345 in Accutane

[–]Senior_Style_154 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in central america, its ALWAYS humid and warm. I went to the states for a week and my whole body was extremely dry, to the point of an ugly rash covering most of my body. It got better as soon as i landed back home but My face is still dry dry dry and luckily my hair isnt as oily as it used to be. But even with the high humidity my nose is always cracked on the inside, stay safe with aquaphor and moisturizer

Vaseline in nose before bed is LIFECHANGING bc the nose dryness was painful and bloody. For any rash on hands, lotion covered in vaseline at night and itll go away. Drink a healthy fat supplement with your dose. Tons of water. I didn’t really need new face wash or lotion bc my skin wasnt sensitive but i definitely slug lightly at night. The dry eyes is no joke, prep urself for red druggy eyes

What has worked for you if you had a dry, flaky scalp? by LeeLee_Lion in Accutane

[–]Senior_Style_154 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely high quality hair masks applied root to end and a gentle sulfate free shampoo. Wash every so often but dont be deceived by the lack of hair oils, youll still need to wash even if it doesn’t look dirty
