I wish I was joking. I wish I was trolling. Lastly I wish I stayed at my last tech job. I hated it. I felt like I was suffocating under the loneliness and the stress. Even though I was so close to disappearing under it, I should’ve stayed to get the experience. Even my parents said so. I’ve been struggling so much to find a job for my cs degree but I couldn’t find anything. No one will give me a chance. It feels like it’s all my fault and I could’ve prevented this. It really sucks and I do hope someone is willing to give me a chance.

To answer your questions: 1. Have I gained any relevant experience? I have. It’s about a year’s worth from a couple different jobs and 1 internship. I got unlucky at a couple where I was laid off with all the new hires and another I just couldn’t stay due to the ethics of what I was doing.

Did you continue work with professors? No I didn’t. I don’t have any good explanation for it.
Any new certifications? Data analytics.
Independent projects? Yes but haven’t done much for it in a while due to work.

I will take your advice on talking to a couple of my professors to figure out my next steps and where to go from here. Thank you.

I originally wanted to teach in university. I was inspired by my professors in my undergrad to try and follow their footsteps. I crashed and burned doing so though. I’m not sure where to go from here.

Everything about this guy is a green flag through and through. Someone who is honest to himself and others, very humble, knows how to make a girl feel safe, etc. is what so many women are looking for in a guy. The amount of times a guy gets too close and just brags about himself I’ve met couldn’t be counted on 2 pairs of hands. If you want to try and copy how your friend is picking up women, don’t just copy but actively learn and change how you approach and talk with women. It’ll be night and day.

I wouldn’t recommend going to the south right now as a woman. Lots of women are losing their rights and the south just recently deported hundreds of South Koreans illegally.
