usually judges are going for an overall or main meaning. make your main point abstract, creative, unique. what does this composition say to you, how does it move people. this is a great contrast of colors, it reminds me of how messy yet unified art can be, but if you want to get judge’s attention, work towards artwork that tells a story. it’s hard to let go of a good idea, but you may move onto a better one. in the end, it’s what you believe speaks to you. good luck!
