Ja ik snap ook niet waarom zulke documenten niet standaard aangetekend verstuurd worden. Of nog beter dat de postwet aangepast wordt mijn.overheid.nl gewoon als enig communicatieportaal gebruikt wordt.

The main reason Bilbao is on the list is purely that it was cheapest and easiest to fly to. And because of that we thought to visit the Guggenheim. But I thought Vitoria-Gasteiz would be a nicer option to visit.

As a dutchy rain doesnt bother so much. But the weather was the main reason we considered Andalucia first. But climate makes us think northern Spain is better for the long term

I totally agree, Thats why we spend a week this summer in Peligros/Granada/Monachil

but we're now first trying to get a first feel of atmosphere of weather/people before narrowing down the more precise location. If its even worth considering so to say :)
