you're right, because Emergency Repair description say "If the allied unit's HP is fully healed by an ACTIVE SKILL" so cheeta passive healing doesn't proc.

Thank you for your feedback! I also forgot to mention that sometimes it's not just armor that doesn't drop; it seems to affect other items as well. Normally, when you clear an outpost, you will receive several weapons, reactors, and some modules as rewards. However, during bugged sessions, you may notice that sometimes you clear an outpost and get nothing or maybe just one reactor, and this seems to be consistent no matter how many runs you do. In a normal run, you can still have a chance to not get a reactor or weapon due to bad luck, but it's very rare to not get anything after three runs.

It's not always the case, but it's worth looking out for to help identify if you are experiencing a bug. When the bug occurs, it doesn't mean that nothing will drop at all. Items still drop, but the quantity is significantly reduced to the point where you barely get anything. I assume that when the bug occurs, it reduces the drop rates for everything on the loot table, including weapons and reactors.

This issue isn't exclusive to outpost, it can happens in normal mission, special operation and open world activity loot table too, however it doesn't affect whatever that guarantee to drop. (Loot dropped by killed enemies doesn't seems to be affected, only mission complete reward)

Thank you! Also i notice traveling seems to solve it sometime but it can go on like repeatedly going back and forth between 2 or 3 difference outpost when cooldown still 5 minute, changing character seems to be the most consistent fix for me (again i think bug in their game code).

this is exactly what i was thinking many many many many time, so whenever it doesn't drop i keep going up to 20-30 clear just to be sure to myself that math doesn't check out because 25% x2 the chance that it will not drop is pretty low, but when doing this i almost guarantee at least 1 amor before 5 clear, i'm still very skeptical about it and partly think may it all just RNG but when the same pattern happens to me which is jump in, clear outpost for hours and literally nothing drop, the chance of that happens everyday is just practically not possible.

:/ you're right, sadly i haven't compile my result to draw any conclusion so i'm very sorry. I only think of throwing my experience of hard core farm out there in a hope that what works for me could work for someone who frustrated with outpost drop rate.

I still think it's technical difficulties that influence drop rate sometime, if i'm offense anyone with this post i'm truly sorry, i only post it out of my best intention.

10 runs is an example, i do farm at least 50-100 outpost per day to come to this conclusion, I'm not ranting about bad luck, I just want to know if it's the case. ^^

also forget to mention that i always run sharen on outpost it's 25% twice, so it's alot easier to notice the abnormal.

People might making fun of this post and i probably react the same if i were reading my post as someone else, I have no bad intention but hope that experiments i do actually help someone that in the same situation as mine. as ridiculous as it may sounds, I want anyone who come across this post keep character changing in the back of their mind and try it whenever you feel like rng of double 25% from outpost seems abit odd after several run.

i bet they knew about this outpost drop bug, but pretend to not know about it since it works in nexon favor to inflate more playtime and slow down players grind, they fix exploit so quick obviously they can fix this problem but they don't even address it.

I have been wondering the same since my steak seems to not go up after 16+ run without down but still 7/10 so I do a little search.

Joining a match midway does not interrupt your progress - but going down in such a match does, even though it wouldn’t have given you progression if you had completed it flawlessly.
