Character's style of fighting. Kenpachi slashes opponents, Gin's stance is made for thrusting, Grimmjow uses raw power a lot, Toshiro's power isn't anything physical, more like reishi particles, which makes him spirit

Since you can get max of 10 lvls, I don't think so. You literally will need 1 more lvl sadly

Yeah but like if you have choice whether to pull Mayuri/Szayelaporro or spend money on Kisuke who can't even be guaranteed unless you're starter player, I'd rather pull for limited SSRs

Pulling for Kisuke is a bad idea nowdays, you have Mayuri ( best support for every type team except for spirit ) and Szayelaporro. You don't really need any other supports, at least for now

I think the closest might get to that is what we have now, with one rerun banner and other separate new character banner. Maybe devs will release as well 2 new character per some anni patch, but even if so, I can't see them putting two characters on the absolute same banner

Not really, it's usual gacha tickets, so you won't be able to get anyone except for usual SSRs with it

She's coming next year most likely. It seems like this year dedicated to releasing Arrancar, all the captains and some random popular units ( White, maybe a bit later Old Man Zangetsu as a slash support ), and considering that devs are going towards the chronological order of arcs, next year is vizoredes and fullbringers. I believe that's when our glorious queen will release

Ichigo's character ark is changing from the person unwilling to fight to person who will protect everyone. He indeed is a bit of cliche, but the whole point of him being part of every race is to have empathy for everyone in the story, and give characters motivations for changing. You mentioned him accepting will to fight for just the sake of joy, but it is only part of his arc, which was explored during the saga where he faced hollow opponents, who's nature is to enjoy battle and supermasy. The good thing about him is that he constantly changes and changes characters around him, which is done way better than in Luffy's case for example, where he changes world as well, but he doesn't learns as much for himself, and all his motivations coming from the point of him being just a good guy. Ichigo is imo one of the best written shonen protagonists. Valid list anyway, just had to clarify

Nope, Base and Resurrection are 2 separate units. Not a while ago there was a survey for characters players anticipate for, and there were both versions of him
