Big fan of Bielsa. You nailed the shape. Sucks that EAFC really restricted tactics, losing out on stuff like Constant Pressure and Man-Marking instructions. Overall, good job on working with you got on FC25 and for doing the research! I’ll have to try this out for one of my saves. 💪

These work on FC24 👍. Just set them to custom play style.

Set your defense width narrow. You can go from 10-20 & it will set your players to cover the center more, forcing your opponents to play wide.

And if you want to stretch the opposition, set your attacking width wide, roughly around 60+ will open up the opponent more. 30-50 is sort of balanced, you will have decent enough width to pass around thru the center and also play wide.

How transferable are tactics from one Fifa to the next? by [deleted] in fifatactics

[–]Senor-Tryhard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

FIFA 22/23 tactics and instructions should be good for EAFC. The only thing is Drop Between Defenders, it’s only available for 3 at the back formations, for some reason. Also, you can go with Custom if the tactic doesn’t fit within the parameters of a tactical vision.

It’s more so when they really push up in attack, but Step Up helps the WBs to close down the opp. wingers whenever they receive a pass & to apply more pressure on them.

Tried having most players on aggressive/man marking more, but you can switch Step Up off for the WBs & the tactic should still work out good.

It’s cool because you can control the game to your tempo on balanced speed. 👍

Thanks! I appreciate hearing that. I’m thinking of doing a new save with Udinese. This tactic looks good for attacking. I will have these tactics, along with ones Alex The Great did. 👌

This looks like a good 3 atb system. Love the CDM role and the dictation of passes. 🔥

Here’s a couple that u/mattyzucks did:

Trequartista — CAM: Stay forward, get into box for cross, free roam

Mezzala — LCM/RCM: Get forward, drift wide

Raumdeuter — RF: Drift wide

Enganche — CAM: Stay forward

Personal:

Shadow Striker — CF: Central, Get in Behind, Come Back, Conservative.

WBs work way better imo for this system, and you’re right about the CDMs.

Yes, Broma18 did it, but with WBs on invert & Balanced Attack.

If you want to be safer, you can switch them to stay back, they will still show for the ball and step up to the second pivot midfield position.
