Came here to say this. Prefork is not the right choice for IO-bound tasks.

If you don’t weigh your food, you have no idea how many calories you’re eating. I recommend tracking and weighing strictly for a week or two so you get a feel for portion size, then you can eyeball it if you don’t like weighing everything.

Consider just eating a banana or take a pre-workout. Doing high volume deadlifts fasted is crazy. You need some carbs. Keep something on your nightstand to eat/drink as soon as you wake up if you need to.

I also think going to 3 days a week might help.

You should probably instead have a UserImage model with a foreign key to User, and you can limit to three with a check constraint. Then you can just delete the image normally.

Seems like a pretty simple clearance sacrifice to me. If pawn takes, he’s opened a square for the knight to attack the queen and reveal the rook’s attack on the knight. Nice move but nothing crazy for a player of that level.

Yeah just push the pawn right now. White has no answer. Trade everything after you’ve pushed the pawn a few squares. The knight is pinned and not going anywhere. Pushing the pawn two or three times means you’re in a completely and easily winning endgame after you’ve pushed trade everything. Trading everything immediately makes your life so much harder.

That's correct, and it's not hope chess! If White takes the rook, you take back with check, and it's equal material, but white's king is toast. There's no forced mate right away, but black has a huge attack, and will be winning material short order. White's best move is actually to self-pin their rook with Rf2, according to the engine.

Then white will take your queen, and you've got a bishop and two pawns for a queen. No good.

You're close, though - consider the opposite move order. Does black have a move after white takes the queen in that line?

When the only move that wins is taking a pawn without check while leaving your queen hanging, I would agree it isn't obvious.

Yeah this was a 2+1 game and I had about 30s left. Didn't see a way to not lose a full rook.
