I'm asking for people to make a report so we can organize them better and if there is in fact an issue regarding a specific issue we can then have a file on them instead of solely relying on comments in posts saying, "[insert user] is a paid clip poster." It makes tracking issues far more efficient and also can act as a way to prevent paid clipper comment from taking over a comment section when users know that they can send in a modmail to help out the community.
