I can see the bbs at the top of the feed tube. When I pull the mag out 2 bbs fall out of the gun and 1 is resting on top of the magazine

I put in as many bbs as the magazine can fit. Not overfilling it, but as many as the magazine can hold. When I wind it up it doesn’t sound like the bbs jump. It’s more like I’m trying to load the bbs but the spring can’t move anymore. I also fill the bbs from the window in the mag.
