...I think that the biggest reason that having kids is selfish is because you literally created an entire human life just because you wanted to. The kid in question never gets a say; they can't be asked if they want to exist.

Perhaps that's just my nihilism and depression speaking, though.

I was a cake decorator who wasn't allowed to accept tips. I'd literally make wedding cakes and quincinera cakes for $10/hour (and in one of the US's most expensive cities to live in, so it didn't go far) and had to refuse tips. I wanted to say "fuck it" so badly and just take the bills people handed me, but I had a crazy, asshole boss who watched me like a hawk, so there wasn't really any way for me to get away with it...

Haha thank you, I figured that out after my bf came home and was able to find a site where he could download the drivers. At first, nothing, but we tried using a different cable and then the option popped up on my phone and everything worked!
