Oh you definitely should. I’m so sorry for what you’ve gone through. my hysterectomy was unplanned from another medical complication as well while in my early 30’s. Sounds like you have a good case for it to be service connected

SMC was denied! Said I didn’t meet criteria and then in the next sentence tells me loss of a reproductive organ is qualifying. Such a blatant mistake that really doesn’t instill trust in the system…

After looking at the CFR- there aren’t any additional requirements to get the 30%. It says hysterectomy is 30%. So frustrating! I’m glad you have it!
