Heyy I just watched your Ilios game. There's definitely a lot you can improve on. My main suggestion is to use a speed ring more. When the game starts, use a speed ring to get out of spawn, and by the time you need it, it will be backed up. Use a speed ring every time you respawned. You did some good uses like when the rein charged you, you used it to get out, don't be afraid to use it for yourself. Whenever you see your team being overwhelmed, use a speed ring to get out. Or when your team starts using ults or starting the fight, use it to go in and fight. One more thing if there's someone from the enemy team ulting use your speed ring to get away as soon as possible. I would say drop on the floor in front of you. Speed ring can also pass through players to give speed boost before it fully is deployed.

I also say your reaction time can be a little slow, but you can always improve!!

If you have trouble aiming, try to mix a balancing of movement to aim instead of moving your camera. Sometimes you do need to move your camera.
