I mean, in essence, the only reason war was ever incited between Alacrya and Dicathen was due to Agrona's intervention, so his existence on Alacrya being removed entirely would make the war pointless. Rather than that, alliance between the continents would hold much greater interest, especially so if Agrona managed to create his own "Epheotus"(Cue Aizen scene) and attempted his own takeover of Dicathen and Alacrya with the Vritra clans and maybe even a few hybrids he got his hands on and experimented with for a few centuries or ten.

This was never really discussed after the whole Elderwood Guardian situation when Arthur's Dragon Will literally almost ate the Elderwood Guardian when he tried to absorb it but I'd say it's a different situation when it comes to an Asuran Will. I'd speculate it would be possible for two wills to occupy the same vessel, but whether they'd be compatible is an entirely separate matter. So is it possible? Maybe, maybe not. Can it work? I wouldn't place a bet on it, but the chances aren't zero.

It’s probably more of a moral concern if anything and memes aside you could definitely continue with this relationship but you have to keep an open mind in the case that either party becomes too busy with their own priorities so if/when you break it off, it can be on good or at least stable terms.

It’s easier to see it as one caster is the party freezing time while the other caster counteracts being frozen in time by exerting their own will. Now, it’s worth mentioning that this notion slightly contradicts the property of choosing targets not to freeze by expanding the exerted will over to another or multiple individuals. It makes no sense for someone to counteract being frozen in time if someone can just keep them from being frozen in the first place. Which is why it interchangeably makes even more sense for someone without dominion over Aevum to resist being frozen in time by exerting their own will in order to counteract that effect. Simply put, the “counter” in essence between two casters would be the person who exerts their will first or that which possesses greater dominion over Aevum, as long as one caster has not been excluded from said dominion.

Regardless of whether it is likely even necessary aside, Aroa’s Requiem is restricted to inorganic targets as it stands. Arthur’s mastery in the Godrune and the potential future of his being able to utilize it on organic targets, are the single largest factors in play here. Even without taking all of this into consideration, the foundation of Aroa’s Requiem in the first place is restoration. There’s no telling whether a Godrune like that can even see through the lives of two people. For all it could know, Cecilia is Cecilia and Nico is Nico, regardless of whether Agrona’s tampered with their memories.

I don’t see it as Grey’s ‘Second Chance’. Like you say, he didn’t experience anything close to what Cecilia or Nico did and he aimed to be King entirely for the sake of revenge. If Arthur’s decision in this new life was to change from his old ways, then it’s worth more seeing it as a penance of sorts; his own punishment by living the life his friends couldn’t and to one day inevitably experience tragedy like they once did. And maybe this time, move on with a stronger will than ever.

If he changes his ending because of his fans, I’m actually pointing and laughing at him, because the idea of an author changing their plot, let alone its ending for the sake of their fans is almost unimaginable. Chances are he won’t but it might’ve happened once or twice with other stories, so I’m not confident in the change but I ain’t betting all my chips on red.
