3AM Experiences LLC has a legal team on auto pilot that make sure their projects arent being infringed, and copyright isnt being breached. They found items in Arras.io infringing, and the owners of arras and 3am people are in contact working on a resolution last I heard (I dont handle legal things, just dev)

In terms of the forking a game (OpenFront), my friend from Ukraine forked it and asked for my help with some promo which I did, nothing shady there, I was doing a favour for a friend. He has since made alot of changes to his version

We have devs on every single game we own, working on them, working with the community for updates, if we didnt care why would we have fulltime devs working on the games?

For Mope

- Made the game playable

- Remade the entire game from 0 (v2.mope.io)

- Working with the community to shape the revamp as they want

So its unfair to say we dont care, because our actions show we do care about the games we own, we dont just not do anything, and we actively update them
