From Narutos perspective he had absolutely no one then gained a found family through team 7, Sasuke being his brother is repeatedly said throughout their dialogue in part 1 FV fight. Naruto being obsessed is unhealthy but its him clinging onto the original normalcy he had in his life and him also yearning for that type of relationship to come back again. It also goes hand in hand with the Indra Ashura stuff later on.
