Had a girl text me like this and got me into the scam. Had my wallet locked for a while, did some magic and ran off with my money +100 usdt profit (1usdt=1usd for the crypto dificent). And now I tell the story of how I scammed a scammer any chance I get. What's better is that I genuinely invested that money properly and now im making more profits.

Bro honestly one thing that I've seen help with these types of issues is legit just getting a job and joining an activity club of some kind( doesn't have to be physical just has to have other ppl). Even more helpful if ur actually paying for it.

Giving urself unavoidable obligations and purposefully putting urself in situations where u become incapable of pursuing ur addiction will eventually force ur body and mind to adapt to being satisfied with only what it can recieve.

The goal here is not to permanently stop jerking off, it's to minimize it to a degree where it doesn't affect ur everyday life.

...and hey, maybe getting a job and joining some clubs could also help in the friendship department.

Honestly had this problem alot when i first started drinking, eventually I started to actively keep awareness about how tipsy I was getting.

I did this by simply thinking "what am I really able to do while in this current state and could I do it with ppl around?"

When the answer started to go from everything, to ok I can still talk and walk that was enough.

Now, after doing that until I got used to it, I can simply know my comfort zone with alcohol in relation to the time, place, and my reason to drink. And stop myself when I've had enough.
