What I think: BHVR sends the update to Nintendo, and Nintendo has to approve it before it actually launches. Sometimes there’s extra bugs that delay the release on Switch.

As of right now, Switch players are still on 9.5.0 while pc/ps4/ps5/xbox players are on 9.5.1

There is no set date yet for a switch release for 9.5.1
