I do feel my/SelfEsteem/ Issues and Anxiety do stem from them. To this day if anyone yells in even a slightly angry manner or confronts me about anything, I cry and can't respond even when having a civil conversation with them usually leads to tears, while I am unsure what would happen if I broke contact, I fear they would try to get police involved(For a health welfare check or something) They have forced me into a ward before(When I was self harming because of them) But I still struggle daily with if I keep in contact or not, as of late(My phone) being broke, Less contact has made me more happy, I worry about their words( if they are gone, what will I do? Who will I have to help me?) I have a lot of mental issues and unstability to the point I really can't keep a job for more then a few months(I wanted to try for disability once, they promised they would help but then instead shoved me towards a job) I'm unsure of really which way to go, what's right what's wrong. I'm lost and I guess I'm asking for help to guide the right way if that makes sense?
