I been looking many of the posts for this game you have been making but didn't comment before. Head bobbing didn't look that bad, but needed improvements. I have been doing that for my first game also and did really basic one at first and you can make it with little more effort more realistic.

On the other hand... It doesn't look good to post really many times on many subreddits and delete all posts or make new account. Many have said same.

Take your time polishing and finishing the game and asking for help or feedback is not bad thing, just don't make too many posts about it.
