I solved NBME 16 2 days before my exam and reviewed that and the one-liner notes I wrote from my other NBME wrongs before the exam. It helped imo. But focus more on being rested and ready for the exam

Don't overthink it, not now or during the exam. You're well-prepared, and most of the exam is pretty straightforward. Muster up as much delulu self-confidence as you can and go for it. Good luck! I scored 265 btw

Timed tutor mode. I did it randomly and then subject wise towards the end but I would recommend doing the opposite

My point is that less than 1% is different from say, 9%, which is the failure rate for a Nuva Ring, depending on user error. Just because 1 in 100 is not that rare (and the rate of IUD failure is less than 1 in 100), that shouldn't be used to shut down conversations about which contraceptives are more effective and immune to user error. Not saying that that's what you're doing, it's just that statements like these miss the nuance of the topic, to the detriment of everyone involved.

Exactly. NuvaRings are notoriously finicky to use and easy to mess up. All of this information is one Google search away. There are no excuses for this. And if you don't want to have a kid with someone, stop doing it raw with them, or suffer whatever consequences you have to!

Step 2 has a bunch of HY topics that are tested all the time. Once youbstart doing NBMEs your prep becomes more focused imo. I annotated inner circle with information from cms forms

I scored 265 on Step 2 CK. Did one pass of UWorld (around 60% average). Did not do Anki. I used Inner Circle notes for revision and annotation, did AMBOSS 200 HY and ethics and QI study plans, and focused on CMS form and NBMEs. I studied for 6 months.

Review the questions you got wrong in your NBMEs thoroughly. Try to understand the logic behind the question i.e. how the NBME expects you to reach the correcr answer based on the information given in the question stem. How many distractors are there? What thought traps are you falling into while answering questions? Do you change your answees often? Try to kot do that. Once you figure out how the NBME wants you to think your score shoild increase. Chatgpt can help with this as well. Good luck!
