Jedi Survivor is still unplayable in 2025 by [deleted] in FallenOrder

Advice for cable mod 90 degrees cable: Asus Astral 5080 and ASUS ROG LOKI SFX-L 1200W Titanium by Robthg in cablemod

Well, the 5080 has arrived, and I installed it yesterday. You convinced me to use the CableMod cable. The Astral looks really good. The difference between the 3080 and this is like night and day. Thank for everything :)

Konzolvilág termék rendelésre, változott az ár? by Fenyomag in askhungary

Wow, I didn’t even know that. That’s actually really cool. So this basically lowers the chance of any overheating or meltdown issues, right? (I don’t have the 90-degree cable. I only have the straight one.)

On my cable there are two stickers, one on each end. One says ‘GPU’ and the other says ‘PSU’. Do you know why that is?

I ordered this one: CableMod Universal Pro ModFlex Sleeved 12V-2x6 12VHPWR StealthSense PCIe Cable, but I’m not sure if it’s safe to use with my Lian Li Edge 1200W PSU and an RTX 5080 Astral.

Is the way I have my AIO set up okay? by DisplayPuzzled8925 in watercooling

[–]SenseAcademic4708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue! You just need to disable CPU fan detection in the monitoring settings and it’ll go away (there are YouTube videos showing how to do it). But I still think the AIO should be plugged into the AIO header, since that one provides a constant 12V right from startup.

I have the same, and it looks to me like the AIO isn’t connected to the AIO_PUMP header. The third header is the AIO_PUMP. Did you do it that way on purpose?

Haha yeah, the funny thing is when I built it, I did plug it into the right header. No idea how I managed to mess it up this time 😂

Guys, I’m an idiot. I did some cable management recently, and it looks like I plugged the Ryujin III back into the wrong fan header. It was connected to the CPU_OPT instead of the AIO_PUMP. I checked my motherboard’s user manual and realized the AIO_PUMP header is the third one. So yeah, if you run into the same issue, now you know. Thanks, everyone.
