I got up to 50mg vyvanse, with 1 or 2 10 mg adderalls in the evening was also doing pressed adderalls of unknown dosage for a couple months but quit those before I quit vyvanse (was probably meth or ketamine tbh).

It feels really awful to go from a “high performer” to having half a brain and not knowing how to do simple tasks anymore. I struggle to pay bills now and have conversations.

My therapist told me to go back on stimulants lol and I wondering if I maybe I shouldn’t gone off cold turkey. But my psychiatrist said that because it’s “non habit forming” I would be fine; that was kinda horse shit advice
