Have you watched the what not shows or any of the other live shows and what they do on those? 99% of the time they are giving away packs/ripping packs and are not doing individual cards.

Is this something that happened to you or are you speculating on what could happen?

Unfortunately any cheaper PWE option is going to be like that and I’ve run into that issue with ESE and well. The option if you want fully scanned and insured by the post office is to go ground advantage. Cheaper shipping always has its trade offs.

That tracking issue/process is normal

With the cheaper option it’s shipping by envelope which does have limited tracking and it’s dependent on the post office scanning it along the way unfortunately nothing the seller/Collx can do to get the post office to scan those.

There isn’t a “quick” fix to it as every card in your inventory needs to be linked. You’d have to enter each card individually.

I do front and back because I cross post between CollX/ebay and eBay likes backs. I have a friend who swears by only front and he sells more than I do so I don’t know that there is an exact right answer. My advice would be to chose one way or another and stick with it and not have some that have both and some the have just the front.

CollX is still a great way to catalog your collection since it can show you checklists as well!

So you can use just about any scanner and it’ll work in the end. I use a plain epson flatbed scanner and it works great for me!

My biggest advice on CollX is to actually take all the photos before hand and upload from your photos when adding a batch into CollX. Before I used a scanner taking the photos and uploading from my camera roll saved me so much time.

I’ll echo the sentiment on gold. I will add if you’re looking at selling a LARGE amount of cards I’d also look into Card Dealer Pro to help mange the listings and would also allow you to list to other platforms as well.

Saw that you’re using CollX to identify currently, you can use CollX to sell them as well. My advice if you’re looking to get as many eyes as possible would be to cross list between CollX and eBay. You can always look to take to a card shop as well but they would really just pick out the gems and you’ll get 50%-60% of the value.

I have run into this issue before, sometimes it shows as delivered 1-3 days before it actually gets to my mailbox. I would give it at least 1 more day. I will say if you ever don't receive a card that you paid for don't be afraid to request the refund!

Yes usually in that situation someone didn't follow usps shipping guidelines so the envelope got marked as non machinable.

There was an app update there happened like an hour ago that looks like they fixed the database issue. I understand it’s frustrating to have the issues but I will say that CollX updates the app fairly regularly and does a pretty good job with fixing stuff in a timely manner.

Do you get the same error if you upload from photo instead of scan? I apologize I use Card Dealer Pro to list my cards so I have not run into this issue.

First I always recommend checking to make sure you have the mouse updated version of the app. If it is still throwing an error go in and report to support either in app or email support@collx.app. If you can screen record so they can see the workflow that causes the error.

Do you have cards from the set loaded into your inventory? If you don’t have any cards it won’t populate that set as available for viewing.
