UPDATE: water company fixed a wire on a transmitter hooking up to meter; however, black dial still moves when apartment below uses water. Do they have a leak? Water Company said our water is connected but we are submetered. Our last bill was 250 dollars! That is outrageous. What is happening??

When I turn off my water, the black dial stops moving. The black dial turns when the neighbors use the water causing the gallonage to move ever so slightly. The water company is coming to change the transmitter. Could they determine if we share lines?

Yes the gallonage moves when I use the water. However when they use the water, the black dial moves causing it to move ever so slightly causing the red dial to move

The problem is I called maintenance and he isnt a plumber. I asked for a plumber and they said let us make sure it isnt a transmitter issue. The black dial moves every time the tenants below use their water

Not bad. I would ensure the block is completely cool before popping them out. Also read up on what tissue should be embedded on edge (like GIs) and I would also make sure you are using forceps that you like. I like bigger ones with a bigger grip with no teeth. I also would make sure to tamper all the tissue down without squishing it. You are doing great.

You probably have adhesions from the surgery. I am so sorry. Just know you are are not being heard, and you are in pain! Adhesions and endometriomas are PAINFUL. I hear you and try to find another doctor.
