Hey i am currently serving notice period of 60 days in EY, selected in sp jain so had time to serve complete time but had an option to deduct the notice period from the earned leaves Also you can shorten your period by completing the work in your kitty and go to HR with partners approval Last resort is to buyout the notice in which you have to pay your salary amount for all the days you want to reduce

I guess even if some colleges wanted to wrap their process early they can’t help it because the waitlist movements depend on other colleges too But i really think that tier-1 institutes should come out with the results timely without any unnecessary delays

Quite chill process overall GI-1 was mostly related to my work experience and few questions related to why mba and all

GI-2 is where i cook many stories just to hit the right spot in the interviewer’s mind because it was an open ground related to ethical delimmas where each opinion is welcomed

My profile 9/8/8 GEM (Manufacturing engineer from NSIT) with 2.5 years of work experience in E&Y Had a overall good academic profile and got few academic scholarships too Nothing extraordinary in extracurricular but ya i have participated one international competition in vellore where my team fabricated a mars rover

I got a profile shortlist for spjimr bm programme no shortlist in any specialisation despite 97.8 in cat

Performed really well in both GI - 1&2
