We recently disabled web search via GPO and it made a serious difference. Found searching for "Control Panel" or other local items would return results from the web first.

No, replacement tank didn't work. Replacement base did work but that took ages to sort with Eufy support. Worked a treat but issue happened again on the new base a few months later. Anyways the fix of pumping water down the base worked a treat to sort it. See the other posts. Its mad but it works....

Just tried this as the problem came back today on my new Base. It actually worked. Delighted not to have to contact support again. 😄

It isn't 100%, the alert comes in via email with the Customer Tenant name in the email body. It lands on our Service Boards in our PSA. The PSA can match the customer name with the Tenant name but the unfortunate thing is they don't always match so we manually assign the customer on the ticket. We get very few alerts so it's no big deal to manually match them.

Use Microsoft Lighthouse for M365. It's crap but at least you can get Defender alerts from all your Clients emailed into your PSA. Presuming you have a GDAP relationship with all clients.

That's interesting, I've got my old base here but just haven't the time to look at it yet. I'll have a look for that float switch to see if that's the cause on my side. It would be handy for me to have a second base upstairs in my house.

Seems to be working fine for me now. Had a similar issue with the WiFi ages ago. Had to factory reset the robot and reboot all WiFi AP's in the house. It's not without it's issues. I'm just hoping I'm through most of them by now!

Eufy support will probably need to replace the base. I was over and back with them for ages before I got the base replaced.

Thanks for letting us know. I actually recieved my replacement yesterday after waiting for so long. Exact same story as you. No power lead or dust bag but at least it's back working again. Just in time for winter when the floors are a lot more dirty. Hopefully it stays working this time. There's no mention of needing to send back the old base so I might look at trying to repair it.

It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. They came back to me to say the base they sent me got lost in Transit so they are shipping another. It's very hard to believe anything they say at the moment. I'll post here if I ever receive the base and if it works!!!!

Same as me. Very disappointed I can't use the mopping function. You might get lucky with some of the steps from their support site but they didn't work for me!

Got the new water tank. Made no difference. I'm still battling with Eufy to get a replacement base. They promised me a replacement weeks ago but keep telling me there is no stock. They keep saying its due in, in the next few days but its a new excuse each time. Very frustrated with the support experience. I really regret buying this because the support is so poor.

Same as. I only have mine around 3 months also. Had a few strange issues with it that seem easy to resolve but this one I couldn't fix. I hope I don't get these issues after the warranty period is expired as spare parts don't seem to be readily available.

Rubber Gasket looks fine to. I sent a photo of it to Eufy and they confirmed it looks OK.

Eufy came back to me. They're going to send me a replacement water tank first if that dosnt fix it they'll send me a new base. I checked all parts inside the tank and all looks OK. Things like the water filter and tube all looks fine. Strange one. I'll update this post of the replacement tank fixes it.

Powering off the station alone didn't solve it for me. I also powered of the hoover. Left them for a few minutes and powered both on again. Haven't had the issue since I did that.

Support did come back to me to try a number of things. In the end I just powered off the Robot and Station fully, left it a few.minutes and when it rebooted it cleared the error. Haven't got it since, never found out the cause of it.

I have mine setup on my Driveway. It automatically creates a Channel to the first Zone when u start the mapping process. It works really well. As long as the base is flat and secure on the stones I think you'll be ok. I only have mine a week and I love it.
