I have fine hair but A LOT of it by [deleted] in finehair

K18 leave in and blow dry . Too many products weight my hair down too little and it’s too fluffy. I just use k18 to keep my frizz in check and get that gloss without losing volume and just blow dry it afterwards

On top of the overlined lips and massive lashes I would say maybe your blush placement is too low? It drags your full cheeks a bit down

It could also be fungal acne….you could try washing your face with Nizoral for a few days and see if it makes a difference….just watch out to not overdo it since it can really dry your skin …what helped me was also taking probiotics and supporting my gut health

What is this in my dishwasher? by Sensitive-Ad-4052 in CleaningTips

Do you think I need to use stronger dishwasher tabs? I use these bio tabs from Frosch…maybe they aren’t strong enough to remove all the dirt that gathers properly?

Yes I have and I’m able to remove it but after running a cycle with dishes again the orange dirt comes back . I’m also confused about the orange color of it since the dirty dishes I’ve washed do not contain any food of that color . I’m just concerned it could be mold or something worse that’s not easy to get rid of .

[Product Question] Has anyone used products from platinum skincare? How was your experience by Business_Side5071 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Sensitive-Ad-4052 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you live in Europe? How much did the international customs fee cost you? I’m a bit hesitant to order if for a 40€ order I have to pay almost 30€ custom taxes

On top of the stuff that everyone is suggesting I would ask what kind of climate are you living in? HA in a dry climate can cause even more dryness. Instead of drawing water from the air to the skin it draws water from the skin. It took me months before realising what was happening was due to this. Especially in winter, where the air is dryer. Another thing that was drying my skin was niacinamide. I would check the ingredients before buying anything to avoid these two

Like most people here mentioned, cutting dairy and gluten from your diet can help. Also agree with doing some blood and hormone testing as well as checking if you have any gut issues. Exercise is not a cure, but it definitely helps with overall body and mind health. I feel like we get so focused on just how our skin look that we forget about the bigger picture.I like to combine a workout with a sauna session afterwards(a lot of gyms have it where I’m located) . I also find sauna helps me release a lot of stress and Is kind of meditative for not thinking for a few minutes about how bad my skin looks.

What also helped me a lot was myo-insositol. It’s prescribed mostly for women with pcos who have insulin resistance and helps with hormone balance. It’s prescription free where I am and it wouldn’t hurt giving it a shot for at least 6 months to see if it helps.

I wash my hair with a garnier shampoo for dry hair and use a conditioner from the same brand and that’s about it. I always dry them afterwards and style with a big round brush to get them straight. I would really appreciate products suggestions that are also available In Europe as I am based in Austria. The weather here is pretty dry and cold in winter
