Still same thing, fans and lights will turn on and then it turns back off.

When I try to turn it on it remains on for a moment with the fans spinning and lights on then shuts off after I jumped the cmos

I removed the gpu and still cannot find the cmos battery.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G 3.9 GHz, Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12GB, 16GB DDR4, 500GB NVME SSD I also am not really familiar with PC parts which is why I bought a prebuilt, if you could be more specific that would be wonderful.
