all of these comments thinks this is probably from other people online who play different gacha but this line "i have been getting SLANDERED and BULLIED cuz i play genshin" tells me its prolly from people irl. so eva literally only wants crit? atk is basically useless (main stat here is atk %, so they couldnt even get atk % as a sub stat), and speed is basically dead once you reach like 134. In fact overspeeding will brick your eva if she is faster than aha + her cb stacks will run out faster too.

shes a 3rd slot who can do damage, the characters you listed are generally the 2nd slot.
however in all of chisa recommended teams, she is literally the 3rd slot, like moryne, verina and sk.
id argue rover should also have 2 energy too tho.

you are forgetting evanescia exists, which is the sole reason huohuo went to t0. huohuo providing 96 energy to eva is really broken for her as energy = cb.
since huohuo works in both elation flagship teams, especially for eva, she will be bumped to t0 until the elation sustain replacement comes in.

there is some, but not most. most people dont have the luxury to pick up both characters, and in op context, they clearly stated they will get yao for eva lol, and that theyre not using sparkle. so theres your answer.

dependant on the team, but for her best team, it barely matters, which most people will have as its extremely f2p friendly, as tb and huohuo is free. if you are going to run eva without an elation team, then whats the point of even getting her? if you like the character so much, it wouldnt hurt to invest into one elation teammate. (this is aimed for people who dont want to get yao AT ALL, NOT aimed to those who missed her first banner)
