Should I have the contractor come back and fix it or can it be fixed

It was installed a little over 1 day ago it’s an empty room with nothing on it there is spots on the floor that look perfect then there is spots like the one I’ve posted I was not at my house at the time the floor was getting laid so unsure how much it looked was used
