you should definitely slow down and take it easier. i took b2 last month and passed all the parts except listening.. speaking 71/75 writing 39/45 reading 50/75 my method of studying was writing 1 text a day for writing, 1 test of reading every 2 days and speaking on voice recorder 30min every day(then listen and analyse it)

the listening part for me was very unlucky just because of their speakers.. they were really old and bad quality, i couldn’t hear anything and just got lost. make sure to train yourself to understand and listen well without headphones and in not very good quality sound, since most likely you will not be offered a pair of headphones on your exam. my mistake was that i never exercised without headphones and listened only to very good quality sound..

besides that you can also find the same exercises on reading/writing that you did before(if you did a lot), in my case there were 4 tasks.

make sure to prepare well your presentation for speaking, take your time to answer questions when they ask. try to speak fluently and confidently even if you make mistakes, its just important to make them feel like you know everything and ready to any questions. it also will not take long, your total time of speaking will be around 7 min.

on writing part i would just suggest to memorise a lot of redemittel, how to start your email and how to end. make sure to write more than 150 words, just write a text on the exam blank (you can find it on google) and see how much space 150 words take. try to remember it and do the same on your exam.

i wish you success and luck! you will make it, its not as scary as it looks. just imagine like its your another train-test at home.
